How does group buying on 9Mall work?

Group buying is how many people pool their orders to get a price a single retail buyer could never reach. On 9Mall, the whole process is standardized around two thresholds and a price ladder — transparent for every member.

1 · How do the two thresholds differ?

Better-price thresholdReach it and the whole group enjoys a lower price tier. There can be several tiers (30 → 150 → 300 slots).
Deal-close thresholdReach it and the campaign is confirmed — deal closed. Not reached before the deadline: canceled, 100% refunded.

2 · When are you charged?

Joining and verifying are free. You only pay at one of two moments: (a) a 10% deposit to firmly lock your spot, or (b) full payment once the campaign hits the deal-close threshold. Every amount is shown clearly as "due today" before you confirm.

🛡 Golden rule: a campaign that doesn't reach the deal-close threshold before the deadline → auto-canceled → 100% of every reservation/deposit refunded to the original method within 3–5 days. No request needed.

3 · Tips to help your group close faster

Use the Invite friends to buy together — everyone who joins through your link counts for you, and every verified slot brings the group closer to the threshold. Groups that already have 20+ slots from coworkers/neighbors usually close within 48 hours.
