Questions people actually ask
What is a group buy?
Many buyers commit to the same product so the order reaches a quantity that unlocks a better price. The more spots committed, the lower the unit price for everyone.
When is my card actually charged?
Only when the campaign reaches its execution threshold before the deadline. Until then the amount is authorised on your card and held — it never leaves your account.
What if the group doesn't fill?
The campaign closes unfulfilled and every hold is released automatically. You are not charged, and you do not need to ask for anything back.
What is the difference between the two thresholds?
The price threshold unlocks a lower tier for the group. The execution threshold is the minimum needed for the deal to go ahead at all — it is the one that opens payment.
Does the price keep falling after I join?
Yes. If a later tier unlocks, everyone in the group pays the lower price — including buyers who committed first.
How do I pay?
Cards and Apple Pay, in AED. 9Mall never stores your card details — they stay with the payment provider.
When does it ship?
Once the group closes, each merchant consolidates and ships their part. Progress is tracked per merchant inside a single order.
Can I return something?
Yes — within the return window published on the campaign by that merchant, who is verified before being allowed to sell.
